REGISTRATION

Applications are open for submissions until the 1st of March 2023 (check the full CALL FOR APPLICATIONS). For selected participants, registration opens on the 16th of March 2023 on this page. Registration requires filling in a registration form and have a valid proof of payment (see payment options below) before the 15th of May 2023. After this date and until the 31st of May 2023, you may register only as member of the audience and you will no longer be included in the conference program. 

CONFERENCE FEES

NOTE: Courtesy of the Centre for International Cooperation and Development Studies, none of the registered participants who present in the program will pay a fee for the 2023 edition 

The conference fee covers the conference materials, all refreshments during the coffee breaks, all breakfasts and a welcome dinner. Pending upon securing further sponsorships, other meals may be also covered during the event.

Fees are not refundable.

PAYMENT OPTIONS

The payment can be done during the registration period (16th of March - 31st of May 2023). If the payment is done after the 15th of May 2023, you may register only as auditor and you will no longer be included in the conference program. You can pay using one of the following options:

A. Online secure payment using a credit card (VISA / MasterCard / Eurocard) 

The conference fee payments are operated through the University of Bucharest Alumni Association, which is a SCOPE 2023 organizing partner.

The online payment form will be activated on the 16th of March 2023.

For the online payment, after CLICKING ON THE APPROPRIATE CATEGORY below, you will be redirected to a secure payment website (PayU), where you will provide your personal information and proceed with payment:

Please note that participation contact details will be saved electronically and will only be used by the organizing committee. No credit card information will be recorded or stored. The payment application provider (PayU) will send you an automatic mail of payment confirmation which can be used for reimbursement purposes.
