REGISTRATION
Applications are open for submissions until the 31st of May 2024 (check the full CALL FOR APPLICATIONS). For selected participants, registration opens on the 3rd of June 2024 on this page. Registration requires filling in a registration form and have a valid proof of payment (see payment options below) before the 15th of July 2024. After this date and until the 15th of September 2024, you may register only as member of the audience and you will no longer be included in the conference program.
CONFERENCE FEES
The conference fee covers the conference materials, all refreshments during the coffee breaks, all breakfasts and a welcome dinner. Pending upon securing further sponsorships, other meals may be also covered during the event.
EARLY BIRD registration (until 30th June 2024)
Standard: 45 Euro
Solidarity (i.e. non-OECD countries): 30 Euro
Junior*: 20 Euro

REGULAR rates (1-15 July 2024)
Standard: 90 Euro
Solidarity (i.e. non-OECD countries): 60 Euro
Junior*: 40 Euro
Partner**: 30 Euro
* doctoral students, irrespective of country of citizenship
** IPSA RC33 Board members, member of an organizing partner, or scholars affiliated to higher education institutions with which the Faculty of Political Science at the University of Bucharest has Erasmus+ agreements or an ongoing Erasmus+ project.
Fees are not refundable.
The conference fee can be paid online through a bank card, or by bank transfer (see Payment options below).

PAYMENT OPTIONS
The payment can be done during the registration period (3rd of June - 15th of July 2024). If the payment is done after the 15th of July 2024, you may register only as auditor and you will no longer be included in the conference program. You can pay using one of the following options:
A. Online secure payment using a credit card (VISA / MasterCard / Eurocard)
The conference fee payments are operated through the University of Bucharest Alumni Association, which is a SCOPE 2024 organizing partner.
The online payment form will be activated on the 3rd of June 2024.
For the online payment, after CLICKING ON THE APPROPRIATE CATEGORY below, you will be redirected to a secure payment website, where you will provide your personal information and proceed with payment:

Please note that participation contact details will be saved electronically and will only be used by the organizing committee. No credit card information will be recorded or stored. The payment application provider (PayU) will send you an automatic mail of payment confirmation which can be used for reimbursement purposes.
